IMPORTANT UPDATE: March 2, 2009. 2:45 AM:
Gracie just can’t go any further. Her heart isn’t working and they can’t get her off of life support, even for a short time. Her family had a discussion tonight, and they are going to let her go, and donate her organs.
Every CHD Survivor and their family knows that except for the Grace of God, there goes I. So when one of us wins, we celebrate, and when one of us loses his/her battle, we mourn. And we celebrate or mourn together.
Because that is what families do.
